Processing time
Once I received the order, I print the image(s) in my studio within two working days and ship the first working day after.Certificate of Authenticity
All prints will be personally signed by me and will be shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity.Some prints are produced in a limited edition: once the edition quantity are gone there is no way to get that print anymore - please check each image description for details about limited print.
Shipping
Prints are shipped from Italy by registered mail - as soon as the print has been shipped, I will email you the tracking number.Shipping costs depends on where you live and the number of prints you buy.
Delivery depends on where you live, at most they should reach you in 10/15 days.
Return policy
If a package arrived damaged, please include a photo of the box.If you are not happy with the print you receive please contact me within 14 days you received it.
Returns must be authorised, so before sending it back contact me!
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once I receive the product I will inspect and then send your money back (except the shipping cost) within 7 days.
